On June 20, the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Elmar Mamadyarov was held in Washington D.C., with the participation of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov of Russia, Stefan Visconti of France, And

The interlocutors discussed a wide range of issues of the Armenia-U.S. partnership and underscored the mutual readiness to further broaden and enrich the agenda of multifaceted cooperation.

During the preparatory meeting the interlocutors assessed the current situation in the peace process, including in the context of implementing the agreements reached during previous meetings.

On June 19, in Washington D.C., Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with David Hale, the U.S. Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs.  

The interlocutors also exchanged views on a number of issues related to Armenia's involvement in the Council of Europe and the joint efforts to address the challenges which the organization faces.

The positive feedback of our action plan is that it is has been a critical instrument in promoting Armenia's reforms in the fields of criminal justice, penitentiary, local democracy, corruption in higher education and many other fields.

On June 13, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan within the framework of his working visit to Brussels, met with Federica Mogherini, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy of European Union / Vice-Presiden

The second Partnership Council meeting between the European Union and Armenia took place in Brussels on 13 June 2019.

At the session Minister Mnatsakanyan informed that within the framework of events, dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Eastern Partnership, on October 9 Armenia will host an event, dedicated to the youth empowerment and innovation.
