On September 9, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan receives Michael Johannes Banzhaf, the newly appointed Ambassador of Germany on the occasion of presenting a copy of his credentials.

Minister Mnatsakanyan congratulated Michael Johannes Bantzhof upon the assumption of his responsible mission and expressed hope that the newly appointed Ambassador would contribute to strengthening the dynamics of the Armenian-German political dialogue. The parties exchanged views on steps to be taken to further deepen and enrich the bilateral agenda between Armenia and Germany.

The Foreign Minister touched upon the developments in Armenia, the process of reforms implemented by the Government and the country's foreign policy priorities. Foreign Minister also presented the developments on the Armenia-EU partnership, particularly in the context of CEPA and the launch of Visa Liberalization Dialogue.

During the meeting, the sides also touched upon a number of issues of regional and international agenda.
