On September 2, Bako Sahakyan, President of Artsakh received the participants of the Annual Conference of MFA Apparatus and Heads of Diplomatic Service Аbroad within the framework of their visit to Artsakh.

Welcoming the participants of the conference and attaching importance to their visit to Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan commended such regular visits which have already become traditional.

Expressing gratitude for the warm reception, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan highly appreciated the opportunity of a meeting in such format, noting that it provides a good opportunity to hold direct discussion on pan-Armenian issues and learn about Artsakh's priorities at first hand.

The President of Artsakh presented to the participants of the conference the socio-economic programs implemented in Artsakh and the steps taken in that direction, the Artsakh security system and the steps aimed at strengthening it. They also touched upon the issues of expanding and deepening the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora partnership.

The President of Artsakh and heads of diplomatic service abroad exchanged views on the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, including the full engagement of the people of Artsakh in international processes.
