On December 9, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Artak Apitonian participated in the World Ministerial Conference on Freedom of the Press, chaired by the Netherlands.

On 9 December, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Ghevondyan, participated in the 88th meeting of the CIS Economic Council, held in the format of video conferencing.  

Touching upon the meaning of this resolution, Minister highlighted its importance in the process of recognizing the right of the people of Artsakh to self-determination, as well as the fair settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue.

Minister Aivazian highly commended the solidarity of France and the French people towards Artsakh and the Armenian people since the first day of the war.

On December 8, Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts received the delegation led by his Italian counterpart Manlio Di Stefano.

Foreign Minister Aivazian drew the attention of Director-General of UNESCO Audrey Azoulay to the outrageous manifestations of intolerance towards the Armenian cultural and religious monuments of Artsakh occupied by Azerbaijan

On December 8, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ara Aivazian held a meeting with Foreign Minister of France Jean Yves Le Drian in Paris.   

At the center of the negotiations were the implementation of the trilateral statement of November 9, including issues on the speedy settlement of humanitarian issues.

On December 7, Deputy Foreign Minister Avet Adonts received the newly appointed Ambassador of Estonia Riina Kaljurand (residence in Tbilisi) on the occasion of handing the copies of her credentials.  

the delegation headed by the Minister visited the Monastic complex of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Moscow.
