On February 16, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ara Aivazian had a meeting with Wendy Morton, the UK Minister for European Neighbourhood and the Americas of Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.

The Foreign Ministers stressed the need to address the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship, and exchanged views on the upcoming schedule of the Co-Chairs.  

On 10 February an Intersessional meeting of the Human Rights Council on the Prevention of Genocide took place in Geneva. The meeting was mandated by the resolution initiated by Armenia.

On February 8, Foreign Minister Ara Aivazian had a phone call with Philip Reeker, the US Acting Assistant Secretary of European and Eurasian Affairs.

Both sides highlighted the imperative for a political settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue within the framework of the peace process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship.

 Sides exchanged views on the process of full implementation of the provisions of the November 9 and January 11 trilateral statements.
