On October 4, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Paruyr Hovhannisyan had a meeting with Wojciech Gerwel, the Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland.

We strongly condemn the arrests by Azerbaijan of the leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Arayik Harutyunyan, Davit Ishkhanyan, Ruben Vardanyan and others.
