On August 9, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan received U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Staff Director Demian Murphy and Policy Director Sarah Arkin, who are in Armenia on the instructions of Committee Chairman Robert Menen
