The Foreign Ministers stressed the need to address the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship, and exchanged views on the upcoming schedule of the Co-Chairs.  

On 10 February an Intersessional meeting of the Human Rights Council on the Prevention of Genocide took place in Geneva. The meeting was mandated by the resolution initiated by Armenia.

Both sides highlighted the imperative for a political settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh issue within the framework of the peace process under the auspices of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship.

 Sides exchanged views on the process of full implementation of the provisions of the November 9 and January 11 trilateral statements.

From the perspective of regional peace, security and stability, Minister Aivazian emphasized the close cooperation with Iran and expressed readiness to expand the dialogue in this direction.
