On December 11-12, in Geneva, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan participated in the Human Rights 75 High-Level Event dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. 

On December 11, in Brussels, on the sidelines of the EU Foreign Affairs Council, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had a meeting with Xavier Bettel, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
