On September 28, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan received the Ambassadors accredited to Armenia, the Heads of international structures and organizations in Armenia.  

And that strong resolve of the Armenian sides has no alternative, as it embodies The unshattered will of the Armenian people to live in their historical homeland.  

Armenia has been very firm on its position that the solution is strictly through peaceful means, strictly on the basis of a compromise

There is no alternative to the peaceful settlement, which is done through negotiations with the mediation of three important countries - France, Russia and the United States, the so-called OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship - and which needs to be base

Early this morning, the Azerbaijani side launched missile attacks along the entire line of contact targeting also the peaceful settlements, including the capital Stepanakert.
