On March 17, given the tense epidemic situation in a number of countries due to the spread of the novel Coronavirus, Deputy Prime Minister and the Incident commander Tigran Avinyan made a decision to ban the entry of the foreign nationals from below-listed countries to the Republic of Armenia:

Starting from March 18, all flights to Qatar will be suspended for 14 days, except for air freight and transit flights. We inform that Doha-Yerevan and Yerevan-Doha flights have not been conducted on a daily basis last week, but only on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. From March 17, all Doha-Yerevan and Yerevan-Doha direct flights have been canceled.
