On May 6, within the framework of the “Yerevan Dialogue” international forum, the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Davit Karapetyan, met with Tristan Aureau, Head of the Centre for Analysis, Forecasting and Strategy (CAPS) of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Armenia to France, Arman Khachatryan, and the Ambassador of France to Armenia, Olivier Decottignies.

At the beginning of the meeting, Davit Karapetyan thanked Tristan Aureau for the excellent cooperation established with CAPS in the context of organizing the third edition of the “Yerevan Dialogue” forum, as well as for his active participation in the forum.

The Secretary General of MFA of Armenia Davit Karapetyan reaffirmed Armenia’s readiness to further deepen cooperation with the Centre and to place it on a more institutional footing. The possibility of exploring additional formats of cooperation was also emphasized.

The meeting was followed by the signing of a memorandum of understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia and the Centre for Analysis, Forecasting and Strategy (CAPS) of the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
