On February 3, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan had a meeting with the delegation led by General Anil Chauhan, Chief of Defence Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of India, who is in Armenia on an official visit.

The interlocutors discussed a broad range of issues on the bilateral agenda, underscoring their high appreciation of the dynamic development of Armenia–India relations.

The Deputy Foreign Minister briefed on the foreign policy priorities of Armenia, as well as on the efforts undertaken by Armenia to ensure security and further institutionalization of peace in the South Caucasus.

During the meeting, the interlocutors exchanged views on issues of regional and international security.
