Participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in the Transatlantic Official Dinner hosted by the U.S. Secretary of State

On the margins of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly, at the invitation of the U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan participated in the Transatlantic Dinner of NATO and EU Foreign Ministers organized by the Secretary of State. The event was also attended by the NATO Secretary General and the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.
The Minister had bilateral meetings with several counterparts.
During a brief téte-a-téte conversation, Minister Mirzoyan expressed gratitude to Secretary Rubio for the invitation to the event in this format.
Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio held a brief exchange.
Armenia highly values the United States’ continued active engagement in the already established peace and its further strengthening.
