On August 12, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with Foreign Minister of Georgia Maka Botchorishvili.

Touching upon the outcomes of the meetings held in Washington on August 8, Minister Mirzoyan emphasized that the agreements reached therein create new opportunities for regional engagement and peace.

Minister Mirzoyan expressed gratitude to Georgia for the message conveyed on the occasion of this historic milestone.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Georgia also touched upon the agenda of bilateral partnership.
