On May 27, on the sidelines of the Yerevan Dialogue international forum, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Robert Abisoghomonyan had a meeting with Josef Karl Pelikan, the Director of Regional Bureaus and Field Offices at the UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO).

The interlocutors touched upon current cooperation between Armenia and the UNIDO, commending its high level.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the process and prospects of projects implemented by UNIDO in Armenia within the framework of the Country Programme.

The Deputy Foreign Minister briefed his counterpart on the “Crossroads of Peace” initiative of the Government of Armenia and emphasized its potential as a guarantee for ensuring  economic interconnectivity and establishing peace in the South Caucasus and beyond.
