Newly appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan receives congratulatory messages

The newly appointed Minister Ararat Mirzoyan receives congratulatory messages from international partners on assuming the position of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia.

In his congratulatory message, CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas expressed confidence that the Republic of Armenia will make a significant contribution to the further strengthening of allied relations between the CSTO member states, as well as to the promotion of the coordination of work on international and regional platforms.

Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CoE) Marija Pejčinović Burić noted that Ararat Mirzoyan's experience as Speaker of the National Assembly will be very important for the further development of cooperation with the Council of Europe. She also assured that the Council of Europe is always ready to support Armenia in overcoming the existing challenges in this difficult period.

In his message, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi commended the high level of political dialogue between Armenia and Kazakhstan and expressed confidence that a new impetus will be given to cooperation within the EEU and to the effective development of Armenian-Kazakh bilateral relations in the future.

In his message to Ararat Mirzoyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Belarus Vladimir Makei expressed confidence that the relations between the two countries will develop effectively, the successful implementation of joint projects in different spheres will be in the interests of Armenia and Belarus and will promote the close ties between the two peoples.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria Svetlan Stoev expressed confidence that the active contacts and effective relations between the Foreign Ministries will continue to promote the cooperation between Armenia and Bulgaria in various fields for the benefit of the two friendly peoples.

The Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of the Slovak Republic Ivan Korčok notes that Ararat Mirzoyan's rich political experience will contribute not only to the promotion of Armenia's foreign policy interests, but also to the comprehensive development of relations between Armenia and Slovakia.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Diaspora of the Syrian Arab Republic, Dr. Faisal Mekdad, wished success to Ararat Mirzoyan in his responsible mission, reaffirmed the readiness of the Syrian side to strengthen the historical friendly relations between the two countries and expand cooperation in the spheres of common interest.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt Sameh Shoukry expressed hope that the friendly relations between Armenia and Egypt will continue to serve as a solid basis for the consistency of cooperation in all spheres of common interest.

In his congratulatory message to the Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs of the State of Kuwait Sheikh/ Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Ahmed Al-Jaber Al-Sabah expressed readiness to further develop bilateral relations in various dimensions through joint efforts.

The Secretary-General of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly Dmitriy Kobitskiy congratulated Ararat Mirzoyan on assuming the position fo the Foreign Minister of Armenia and wished every success and effective work.
