17 June, 2020

Under the coordination of Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan's Office and with participation of all parties concerned, Armenia’s 2020 Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) Voluntary National Review (VNR) Report was elaborated and submitted to the United Nations. The document was prepared with the participation of state bodies, the UN Resident Coordinator's Office in Armenia, various UN agencies and civil society representatives.

The report, published on the UN official website, presents the initiatives of Armenia towards the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals for 2018-2020. It consists of following five grouped sections: human capital promotion, providing infrastructure access and economic development, fight against corruption, human rights protection and justice, environment protection and fight against climate change, and cooperation for SDGs implementation.

SDG Implementation Voluntary National Review Report will also be presented at the UN High-Level Political Forum in July.
