Welcoming the guests Minister Mnatsakanyan said: “I highly appreciate your contribution and continued efforts to deepen and strengthen the Armenian-French friendship. Our nations are united by a deep sense of friendship, living  together, trust and respect.”

The sides commended the existing relations in the areas of mutual interest and decentralized cooperation, aimed at strengthening the friendship between the two nations and people-to-people contacts. In this context, both sides emphasized the full use of the parliamentary platform’s potential and joint efforts within that format.

At the request of the French delegation, the Minister touched upon the broad agenda of the reforms initiated by the Government in Armenia, emphasizing the reform of the judicial system and raising public trust in it as a top priority.
