Meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Armenia and Croatia

On September 26, at the UN Headquarters in New York, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met Gordan Grlić Radman, newly appointed Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of Croatia.

Congratulating Minister Grlić Radman on his appointment to that important post and wishing success in the realization of the mission, Minister Mnatsakanyan emphasized that Armenia appreciates friendly relations with Croatia based on mutual respect. 

Foreign Ministers reiterated their readiness to deepen and enrich cooperation agenda with joint efforts through the implementation of regular consultations between the Foreign Ministries and intensification of contacts and reciprocal visits on different levels.

The interlocutors touched upon the issues of Armenia-EU partnership. In this context Minister Mnatsakanyan highlighted the importance of the CEPA implementation process  - the legal basis regulating the relations with the EU and EU Member States. He highlighted that it is an instrument to foster the reform process implemented by the Government of Armenia.
