On February 16, in Munich, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, met with Jan Hecker, Foreign Policy and Security Adviser to Chancellor of Germany

The interlocutors exchanged views on the agenda of developing the Armenian-German relations, making a reference to the process of implementation of the agreements reached during high-level mutual visits of the leaders of the two countries.

The Foreign Minister of Armenia expressed confidence that the positive dynamics recorded recently in the relations of the two countries have created good grounds for enhancing the agenda of the Armenian-German collaboration with new qualities. As an important direction, among others, the sides underlined the fields of high technologies, creative education and innovation.

The interlocutors exchanged thoughts on a number of urgent regional issues.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan presented to Jan Hecker the approaches of the Armenian side with regards to the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
