On October 1, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian received the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia), Bernard Fassier (France), Robert Bradtke (USA) as well as Andrzej Kasprzyk, the personal representative to the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

It is Minister Nalbandian’s second meeting with the Minsk Group Co-Chairs during the last week.

In the course of the meeting, they discussed preparations for the forthcoming meeting between the Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan as well as issues related to the negotiations on Artsakh issue based on the Madrid Proposals.
