On September 3, Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, Deputy Foreign Ministers and Heads of the Armenian Diplomatic Missions arrived in Stepanakert to continue the annual meeting of senior staff of the Armenian Foreign Ministry and Heads of Diplomatic Missions.

The High-level Armenian diplomats were received by Bako Sahakian, President of the  Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The President of Artsakh represented country’s social-economic situation, perspectives for economic development as well as the activities of NKR Permanent Representatives abroad. Several issues concerning the strengthening of cooperation between the Foreign Ministries of Armenia and Artsakh were discussed.

In the course of the meeting with Ashot Ghulian, Chairman of the Parliament and MPs, Mr. Ghulian presented the activity of Artsakh’s National Assembly and the progress reached on the path of establishing democracy. During the 2-hour meeting, a lively discussion on foreign policy issues took place.
