On May 16, Foreign Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian received Divyabh Manchanda, Secretary for Eurasian Affairs of Foreign Ministry of India.

In his welcoming remarks, Armenian Foreign Minister mentioned that Armenia highly appreciates Armenian-Indian warm and friendly relations and is interested in their further development and deepening.

Divyabh Manchanda stressed that India has special warmth towards Armenia and the Armenian people and his country’s authorities are determined to expand friendly partnership and cooperation with Armenia.

The two had comprehensive talks on the ways of further enlargement of bilateral relations in different areas, as well as the closer cooperation within international organizations. Minister Nalbandian attached importance to the intensification of political dialogue and necessary steps aimed at the deepening of economic and cultural partnership.
