Newly appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Kazakhstan presents his credentials to President of Kazakhstan

On October 8 Vasiliy Ghazaryan, newly appointed Ambassador of Armenia to Kazakhstan presented his credentials to the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

In the course of the meeting Ambassador delivered to President Nazarbayev the invitation of  President Sargsyan to pay an official visit to Armenia. President Nazarbayev attached importance to broadening and deepening of Armenian-Kazakh relations and mentioned that historical ties between two countries create reliable basis for that.

Regarding Armenian-Kazakh economic relations the two mentioned that rates of development of cooperation in that area and yearly growth of bilateral trade turnover form solid basis for positive expectations. At the meeting the two touched upon cooperation between Armenia and Kazakhstan within the framework of CIS and CSTO.
