On June 11, 2007, Minister Oskanian met with Millenium Challenge Corporation CEO Ambassador John Danilovich, who is based in Washington DC and heads the US Government’s large foreign aid program. The Ambassador was visiting Armenia to be present at the opening ceremony for the new offices of Millennium Challenge Armenia program. 

The Ambassador praised the process of Armenia’s parliamentary elections and expressed his satisfaction with the ongoing cooperation between the Armenian government and the MCC.

Minister Oskanian and Ambassador Danilovich discussed the progress of the MCC program implementation in Armenia and the timetable for upcoming events.
