Charles Ghislain, the Newly Appointed Ambassador of Belgium, Hands Credential Copies to Foreign Minister Oskanian
23 February, 2007The newly appointed ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium, Charles Ghislain, presented copies of his credentials to Minister Oskanian on February 22.

Minister Oskanian greeted the Ambassador and wished him success in fulfilling his mission. The Ambassador will be based in Brussels.
The Minister expressed satisfaction on the recent enhancement of Armenia-Belgium bilateral communication. He also emphasized the importance for Armenia of closer cooperation with Belgium in the framework of the Armenia-EU Action Plan, by developing and carrying out specific projects.
The Minister expressed appreciation at the balanced approach that Belgium displays in the UN and other international organizations towards issues which are of significance for Armenia.
The Minister and the Ambassador also touched upon the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and its resolution process.
