Amid such an Armenophobic context, the proposals of the President of Turkey voiced in the Parliament of Azerbaijan on creating a platform for regional cooperation are hypocritical and misleading.

These provocative actions by the military-political leadership of Azerbaijan are aimed at further aggravating the situation, which could seriously undermine regional peace and stability.  

During the private conversation we have already comprehensively touched upon the bilateral agenda, as well as the issues of stability and peace in the region.

We strongly condemn the blatant armed encroachment against the sovereign territory of Armenia - the UN member state, which is a violation of the norms of international law.  

The Acting Minister specifically emphasized the implementation of interim decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on Armenian prisoners of war.
