On the occasion of the final session of the Armenia-US Strategic Dialogue (May 2-3), the sides issued the following joint statement.

On May 3, Deputy Foreign Minister Mnatsakan Safaryan met the delegation led by the Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Honda Taro.   

On May 3, Special Representatives for the normalization process between Armenia and Turkey, respectively, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia Ruben Rubinyan and Ambassador Serdar Kılıç held their third meeting in Vienna.  

On May 2, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, who is in the United States on a working visit, held a meeting with US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken.

On May 2, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, who is on a working visit in the United States, held a meeting with US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland.  

On May 2, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, who is on a working visit in Washington, held a meeting with the Director of USAID Samantha Power.

We strongly condemn the acts of vandalism and desecration of the St. Harutyun Church in the city of Hadrut, fallen under the control of Azerbaijan.  

On April 30, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister, Foreign Minister of Georgia Ilia Darchiashvili, who is on a working visit in Yerevan.

For the prevention of these recurring cases of vandalism, currently the visit of the UNESCO assessment mission to the region is urgent as before.

being interested in the effective work of the forthcoming Commission on demarcation and border security, the Republic of Armenia believes that this work should be based on maps that are accepted by both sides and have legal force.
