The statement issued by the Foreign Ministry of Turkey on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the Treaty of Sevres once again demonstrates the inability of that country to face its past.  

 In this regard, we use all the tools at our disposal through all our national and international formats. 

 Arms trade to Azerbaijan is fatal, because Azerbaijan never hesitates to use those weapons against civilian infrastructure, the civilian population. 

We need peace and security in this region. We do not need making this region an object of international rivalry.  

On July 27, as a result of deliberate ceasefire violation by Azerbaijan, serviceman Ashot Mikayelyan was fatally wounded by the Azerbaijani sniper fire.

We call on our compatriots to be vigilant, not to give in to any provocation, and in case of such situations to immediately contact the local law enforcement bodies, Armenian community structures, diplomatic representatives of Armenia.

And we have also been working very hard with our partners with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship, comprising France, the United States and Russia, in order to halt the hostilities and in order to restore the ceasefire.   

Armenia cannot take seriously the communique written by Azerbaijan and released on behalf of the Coordinating Bureau of the Non-Aligned Movement. 

The recent incidents and the aggressive statements of Azerbaijani leadership have demonstrated that it is not the Azerbaijani authorities that should prepare its people for peace, but, on the contrary, the Azerbaijani people should prepare their lead

Thank you very much for hosting me today in your program. The reasons are many but I think the underlying reason is that this is a renewed attempt by Azerbaijan by way of attacking Armenia on 12th July to once again attempt to impose unilateral conce
