We expect the peacekeeping force of the Russian Federation to undertake measures to ensure the immediate withdrawal of the infiltrated units of the Azerbaijani armed forces from the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping contingent

Today at around 16:00, the Azerbaijani armed forces violated the line of contact with Nagorno-Karabakh in the area of responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping mission and infiltrated into the village of Parukh in Artsakh.  

Through the blatant interference of the Azerbaijani side, the supply of natural gas from Armenia to Nagorno-Karabakh was again disrupted in the territory fallen under the Azerbaijani control near the town of Shushi.

On March 19, Lila Pieters Yahia, the Acting UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia, was invited to the Foreign Ministry of Armenia.

On the margins of the Antalya Diplomatic forum, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan had an interview with the “Anadolu” agency, which is presented below:

We also underline the importance of adequate assessment of the provocative actions and statements of Azerbaijan by the international community.

The Government of Armenia has adopted a strategy of opening an era of peaceful development for the region, thus definitely expresses willingness to undertake steps in that direction.
