While glancing back at the 20-years long journey of Armenia since its membership to the Council of Europe, I should underline that enormous work has been carried out with the support of the organization. 

On October 15, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, who is in Minsk to participate in the Council of CIS Foreign Ministers, held a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Belarus Vladimir Makei.
