Newly appointed Ambassador of Greece presented copies of his credentials to the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of Armenia

On October 8, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Trade of the Republic of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan received the newly appointed Ambassador of Greece to Armenia Dimitrios Skoutas on the occasion of the presentation of copies of his credentials.

The Deputy Minister congratulated Ambassador Skoutas on the commencement of his diplomatic mission and wished him success in carrying out his responsible duties.

Vahan Kostanyan emphasized that Armenia–Greece relations, anchored in traditional friendship and shared values, provide a solid foundation for elevating bilateral relations to a qualitatively new level, as well as for further expanding and deepening mutually beneficial cooperation across all areas of mutual interest.

The sides also underscored the importance of expanding bilateral cooperation within the framework of the comprehensive implementation of the Strategic Agenda for the Armenia–EU Partnership.

Particular emphasis was placed on advancing the bilateral trade and economic agenda.
