On August 19, the Joint Communiqué on the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of South Sudan has been signed by H.E. Mr. Paruyr Hovhannisyan, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia and H.E. Mrs. Cecilia A.M. Adeng, Permanent Representative of the Republic of South Sudan in New York.
