Meeting of the Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia with representatives of leading U.S. Think Tanks

On August 10, Acting Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of  Armenia Vahan Kostanyan, who is in Washington on a working visit, met with representatives of leading U.S. think tanks.

During the meeting, Vahan Kostanyan presented the main priorities of foreign policy of the Republic of Armenia, addressed the prospects for further developing the comprehensive strategic partnership between Armenia and the United States of America and outlined Armenia’s positions on regional and international developments.

The participants were also briefed on efforts aimed at strengthening peace and stability in the region, particularly on the progress in implementing the bilateral and trilateral understandings reached during the Peace Summit held in Washington on August 8, 2025, including ongoing efforts to advance regional interconnectivity and economic cooperation.

The meeting continued in a Q&A format, during which a wide range of issues of interest to the participants was discussed.
