On June 24, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan held a meeting with Joost Flamand, Deputy Director-General for Political Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.

During the meeting, the interlocutors discussed issues related to opportunities and possible avenues for exporting Armenian products to EU Member States in the context of trade and economic restrictions. Deputy Foreign Minister Kostanyan presented practical support programmes to be provided to the agriculture and floriculture sectors.

The interlocutors also discussed the Armenia–Netherlands Strategic Partnership, the 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17), to be held in Yerevan, as well as other issues of mutual interest.
