On June 2, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Latvia Baiba Braže.

The interlocutors discussed issues on the continued strengthening of the bilateral partnership between Armenia and Latvia. The activation of cooperation in the economic sphere was emphasised, taking into account the readiness  expressed on this matter at the political level.

Ararat Mirzoyan and Baiba Braže exchanged views on the ongoing efforts aimed at implementing the strategic agenda of the Armenia–EU partnership.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Latvia also touched upon various hybrid activities targeting democratic processes and discussed ways to effectively counter them.
