In his remarks, the Deputy Foreign Minister emphasized that no country is immune to the threat of foreign information manipulation and interference. In this vein, the impact of the dissemination of disinformation, the use of manipulative tools in the information sphere and hybrid threats on democratic processes were touched upon. This is conditioned by both institutional constraints and security challenges.
