On December 30, Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan received  Mansoor Abdullah Al-Sulaitin, newly-appointed Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Armenia, on the occasion of handing over the copies of his credentials.

During the discussion following the presentation of the copies of credentials, tThe Deputy Minister extended his congratulations to Ambassador  Al-Sulaitin on the commencement of his mission and expressed confidence that the appointment of the first resident Ambassador of the State of Qatar in Armenia will contribute to the further expansion of relations between two countries.

The parties expressed satisfaction with the current high level of bilateral relations and affirmed their willingness to continue working together to realize the great potential and to explore new opportunities for cooperation in the economic, energy, scientific, cultural, and other areas.
