On November 10, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan received the Head of the EU delegation and the Heads of diplomatic missions of EU member states accredited in Armenia.  

During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the expanding bilateral agenda between Armenia and the EU, as well as its member states, was discussed. Developments within the framework of the visa liberalization process, particularly, the implementation of the Armenia-EU Visa Liberalization Action Plan in the shortest possible time, were also discussed.

The partners were briefed on the substantive details regarding the upcoming 8th Summit of the European Political Community to be held in Yerevan next year. Armenia’s commitment to upholding the principle of inclusiveness by extending invitations to all member states of the European Political Community was emphasized. 

The agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan in Washington on August 8, as well as the process of normalization of Armenia-Türkiye relations was touched upon.
