Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mnatsakan Safaryan received the Delegation of the National Defense College of India
11 June, 2025On June 11, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mnatsakan Safaryan received the delegation of the National Defense College of India, headed by Major General Samarth Nagar. The delegation of high-ranking military and civilian officials from India, Iran, Bangladesh, Myanmar and Rwanda arrived in Armenia as part of the NDC course on “National Security and Strategic Studies”.
Welcoming the delegation of the Indian National Defense College, which is visiting Armenia for the second time, the Deputy Minister briefed the participants on the priorities of the foreign policy of the Republic of Armenia and the main directions of multifaceted cooperation established with India. Referring to the importance of establishing security and stability in the South Caucasus, Mnatsakan Safaryan emphasized the continuous efforts made by the Republic of Armenia towards advancing the peace agenda.
During the meeting, views were exchanged on issues on regional and international security.
