On May 20, Minister of Foreign Affairs Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan held a phone conversation with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the UAE Sheikh Abdallah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The interlocutors discussed steps taken to strengthen high-level political dialogue and expand bilateral partnership.

Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the significant potential for developing cooperation between Armenia and the UAE and presented Armenia’s vision for its realization. Upcoming programs were touched upon.

The foreign ministers of Armenia and the UAE discussed the process of normalization relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. In this context, Minister Mirzoyan presented recent developments, highlighting the importance of signing the Peace Treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the context of establishing regional peace.
