On July 28, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan received the Russian Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, Special Representative of Foreign Minister of Russia Igor Khovaev. 

During the meeting a wide framework of issues regarding the normalization of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict were discussed. 

Foreign Minister Mirzoyan emphasized the importance of using the institute and experience of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship, in accordance with its international mandate.
