On October 14, Foreign Minister of Armenia, who is in Minsk to participate in the session of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council, held a meeting with the Foreign Minister of Russia Sergey Lavrov.

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Russia discussed issues on the further development of Armenian-Russian multifaceted cooperation and allied relations.

The interlocutors exchanged views on issues of international and regional security and stability. Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov also discussed issues on settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
