On December 31, Foreign Minister of Armenia Ara Aivazian held a phone conversation with Foreign Minister of Greece Nikos Dendias.

The interlocutors discussed a number of issues on bilateral and regional agenda. Both sides reiterated their readiness to make efforts aimed at expanding and deepening the cooperation established between the two friendly countries on bilateral and multilateral platforms.

Ministers Aivazian and Dendias exchanged views on the issues of regional stability and security.  Touching upon the Turkish-Azerbaijani military aggression against Artsakh, Minister Aivazian highly appreciated the principled position of Greece, as well as the humanitarian assistance provided to the people of Artsakh.
