On August 15, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had phone conversations with Foreign Minister of Greece Nikos Dendias and Foreign Minister of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides.

The interlocutors touched upon the recent developments in the Aegean and Eastern Mediterranean area, the escalation of the situation in the region due to the provocative actions by Turkey. In that context, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan reiterated Armenia's unconditional support to Greece and Cyprus and expressed hope for a peaceful resolution of the situation.

The Foreign Ministers also exchanged views on cooperation both in bilateral and multilateral formats.
