On June 16, Foreign Minister of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a phone conversation with Ivica Dačić, theFirst Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Serbia.

Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Serbian Republic exchanged views on the steps undertaken at national levels towards addressing the challenges posed by COVID-19 and overcoming its social-economic consequences.

Foreign Ministers commended the positive dynamics of high-level political dialogue established between the two countries and reiterated mutual readiness to take joint steps aimed at further expansion of cooperation, including through high-level visits and meetings.

Foreign Minister of Armenia highly appreciated the contribution of Minister Dačić in expanding the Armenian-Serbian cooperation and, in this regard, particularly emphasized the establishment of diplomatic representation of Serbia in Armenia.
