On February 25, Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan had a phone conversation with Josep Borrell, the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice-President of the European Commission

The interlocutors exchanged views on the multidimensional agenda of the Armenia-EU partnership and emphasized Eastern Partnership as an important platform for achieving the shared values and goals enshrined with the EU. The interlocutors stressed the importance of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement.

During the phone conversation, the timetable of the Armenia-EU bilateral and multilateral events was touched upon.

At the request of EU High Representative, Minister Mnatsakanyan presented Armenia’s principal positions and approaches in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and touched upon the recent meetings within the framework of the peace process.
