On October 31 in the frameworks of the Presidential Conference of the Francophonie 36th session a meeting of the RA FM Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and the Foreign Minister of Cameroon, Lejeune Mbella Mbella took place. 

The Foreign Ministers expressed their readiness to work towards the enlargement of bilateral agenda and to use of the full potential in the Armenian-Cameroonian relations. In this context, consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and stimulation of high level dialogue and mutual visits were highlighted. 

The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Cameroon outlined the directions in the frameworks of the bilateral cooperation. As promising directions the spheres of informative technologies, smart development, innovations and economy were highlighted. Minister Mnatsakanyan presented his Cameroon colleague achievements of Armenia in these spheres emphasizing readiness of the Armenian side to initiate best practice exchange programs with the Cameroon side with the involvement of direct actors.  

The Ministers of the Foreign Affairs expressed their satisfaction with mutual support and cooperation at international organizations. In this context the sides particularly reflected on Francophonie International Organization as an important platform to address problems that publics face and to expand the cooperation in Francophone space. The Ministers held a discussion about the results of the Francophone 36th Presidential Conference and planned joint efforts in its framework.
