Zohrab Mnatsakanyan met with the Commissioner for European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Union

On February 15, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, who participates in Munich Security Conference, met with Johannes Hahn, the Commissioner for European Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations of the European Union.

The sides referred to the process of implementation of the agreements reached during Johannes Hahn’s visit to Armenia, as well as exchanged thoughts on the possibility of holding a conference of EU investors in Yerevan.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Johannes Hahn discussed the implementation of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Enhanced Partnership Agreement. Zohrab Mnatsakanyan reaffirmed that it is an important tool for the promotion of the development agenda of Armenia.

The Armenian Foreign Minister noted that in a close cooperation with the EU partners works are being carried out to finalize the roadmap draft  presented by the Armenian side.

The interlocutors also exchanged thoughts on a number of urgent regional issues.

Zohrab Mnatsakanyan presented to Johannes Hahn the approaches of Armenia on the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
